Dans ce projet, l’architecte a voulu poser une infrastructure sociale et culturelle autour d’un marché central. Il espère ainsi, grâce à la souplesse du plan, de donner la possibilité d’ajouter, de remplir, de développer d’après son idée propre et à l'instant voulu. En même temps, il a projeté les premiers contacts avec l’environnement par l’intégration du parc avec le centre. Dans cet esprit, de nombreuses activités sont prévues dans ce parc.
La devise de ce projet symbolise l’idée générale : Découvrez le connu chez les inconnus et l’inconnu chez les connus.
In diesem Projekt wollte der Architekt eine soziale und kulturelle Infrastruktur rund um einen zentralen Markt aufstellen. Dank einem anpassungsfähigen Plan hofft er, die Möglichkeit zu schaffen, im gegebenen Augenblick und nach seinen eigenen Gedanken diesen zu ergänzen, auszufüllen und zu entwickeln.
Gleichzeitig hat er durch die Einbeziehung des Parks in das Zentrum die ersten Kontakte mit der Umwelt geplant. In diesem Sinne sind in jenem Park zahlreiche Tätigkeiten vorgesehen.
Die Devise dieses Projektes symbolisiert die Leitidee: Entdeckt das Bekannte im Unbekannten und das Unbekannte im Bekannten!
The architect’s intention was to build a social and cultural centre around a market. With a flexible plan he hoped to be able to add, extend and develop his own ideas when the time came. At the same time he formed the first contact with the environment by integrating the park and its various activities with the centre.
The idea behind the project can be symbolized as follows: Discover what is known to the unknown and what is unknown to the known.
