Shopping-Center, Spreitenbach Dans le but d’animer le hall principal d’un Shopping Center, nous avons étudié un élément spatial de grande dimension, suspendu dans le plafond du hall et dont le volume est assez considérable.
Cet élément est constitué d’une vaste structure en acier soudé multipliant les formes pyramidales et dans laquelle sont fixés de grands poissons métalliques vigoureusement colorés.
L’idée de base était de symboliser un filet de pêche largement déployé dans le volume donné.
Couvrant une surface d’environ 80 mètres carrés et développant une hauteur variant entre 1 m. 50 et 4 m. cet élément fut mis en place en février 1970 à Spreitenbach.
Mit dem Zweck, die Vorhalle eines Shopping-Centers zu beleben, haben wir eine räumliche, an der Hallendecke befestigte Konstruktion mit einer bemerkenswerten Ausdehnung gewählt.
Sie besteht aus einer geschweissten Stahlstruktur, zusammengestellt aus mehreren pyramidartigen Formen, in welchen einige metallene, in allen Farben leuchtende Fische fixiert sind.
Es bestand die Absicht, ein Fischernetz zu symbolisieren, welches sich über eine weite Fläche ausbreiten sollte.
Das ganze Element mit einer Fläche von ungefähr 80 m2 und einer Höhe von 1,5 bis 4 Metern wurde im Februar 1970 in Spreitenbach montiert.
In order to animate the main hall of a shopping centre, we prepared a largesized spatial unit, suspended from the ceiling of the hall; its volume is fairly extensive.
The unit is composed of a huge structure, made of welded steel, which reproduces the pyramid shapes, in which are fixed large metal, highly-coloured fish.
The basic idea was to symbolize an open fishing net, spread over the given area.
This unit was installed at Spreitenbach, in February, 1970 and covers a surface of about 80 sq. metres, the height varying between 1.50 m and 4 m.
